Welcome to Wharf Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms are in place to protect both you as the client and Wharf Aesthetics as a business, ensuring a safe, professional, and transparent experience.

Consultations

All clients are offered a free consultation prior to treatment.

Treatments will only be carried out where it is safe and appropriate to do so
Wharf Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best interest
A consultation does not guarantee treatment

Medical Information & Consent

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

All medical information provided is accurate and complete
You will inform us of any changes to your health
You understand the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of your treatment

Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in adverse outcomes, for which Wharf Aesthetics cannot be held responsible.

Treatment Results Disclaimer

All treatments offered are non-surgical and results vary from person to person.

No guaranteed results can be promised
Multiple sessions may be required
Results depend on individual factors including lifestyle, biology, and adherence to aftercare

Appointments & Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance
Wharf Aesthetics operates on limited clinic days
Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit may be forfeited
No-shows: full deposit is forfeited
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

Treatment Packages

Where treatments are purchased as part of a package:

Packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase
Treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable
Missed appointments within a package may be counted as used sessions

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may:

Affect your results
Increase risk of complications

Wharf Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for outcomes where aftercare has not been followed.

Adverse Reactions

While all treatments are carried out with the highest level of care:

Some side effects (e.g. redness, swelling, bruising) are normal
Rare complications can occur

Clients must contact Wharf Aesthetics promptly if they have concerns.
Failure to seek timely advice may worsen outcomes.

Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment

Wharf Aesthetics reserves the right to:

Refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate
Refuse treatment for safety, ethical, or professional reasons
Refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Wharf Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
Liability is limited where clients have failed to follow medical advice, aftercare, or disclose relevant information
