Consultations
All clients are offered a free consultation prior to treatment.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit may be forfeited

No-shows: full deposit is forfeited

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings
Treatment Packages
Where treatments are purchased as part of a package:

Packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase

Treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable

Missed appointments within a package may be counted as used sessions
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may:

Wharf Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for outcomes where aftercare has not been followed.
Adverse Reactions
While all treatments are carried out with the highest level of care:

Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment
