About
Wharf Aesthetics
Built with a different idea of what aesthetics could be.
Wharf Aesthetics was founded by me, Francesca, a healthcare professional with over a decade of clinical experience and a passion for evidence-led skin and hair treatments.
The name comes from an area I've grown to love. Canary Wharf is ambitious, fast-moving and full of people building careers, businesses and lives, and it felt like exactly the right place to build something of my own. Even the word wharf feels fitting: a place of arrival, departure and moving forward.
Wharf Aesthetics grew from my belief that there should be more space between doing nothing and feeling like you need to completely change the way you look.
My focus is on considered, longer-term approaches to skin and hair concerns, including PRP, microneedling, polynucleotides, exosomes and skin boosters.
I don't believe ageing needs to be "fixed". Skin changes. Hair changes. We change.
But if something is affecting how you feel about yourself, I believe you should be able to explore your options without pressure, unrealistic promises or feeling like you need to look like somebody else.
You don't have to choose between doing nothing and looking overdone.
A Healthcare-Led Approach to Aesthetics
Wharf Aesthetics started small and has developed alongside my healthcare career, with continued training in skin rejuvenation, hair rejuvenation and aesthetic treatments shaping the direction of the business.
My approach is simple: understand what's actually bothering you, discuss what the available treatments can, and can't, realistically achieve, and work out what makes sense for you.
Sometimes that's PRP for hair thinning, a course of microneedling for skin, polynucleotides, exosomes or a skin booster. Sometimes it's starting small, combining treatments over time, or simply having a conversation before deciding.
And sometimes the right recommendation may be to do nothing at all.
Safety, education and continuing professional development remain central to how I practise. I want Wharf Aesthetics to be somewhere clients in Canary Wharf and London can come for honest advice about their skin and hair, not simply somewhere they're sold another treatment.
That's also why consultations at Wharf Aesthetics are always free.
Safety before trends. Quality before quick fixes. Education before pressure. Long-term thinking over chasing perfection.

I'm building Wharf Aesthetics for the long term...
The Future of Wharf Aesthetics
...with the aim of creating a trusted, personal skin and hair clinic in Canary Wharf where clients return because they know the person treating them, trust the advice they're given and feel comfortable asking questions.
And as the business grows, I want the service to become more personal, not less.
I know life doesn't always fit neatly into traditional clinic or salon opening hours. You might have spent the week in back-to-back meetings, been travelling or simply found that the only time you have for yourself is when everywhere else is closed.
For selected existing clients, my vision includes a more flexible, concierge-style approach where appropriate.
If your diary doesn't quite fit mine, ask me. If I can make something work, I will.
Ultimately, I want Wharf Aesthetics to feel a little like having someone you know and trust in aesthetics, someone you can message, ask the question and work out what makes sense together.
There will always be another new treatment in aesthetics. My job isn't to offer all of them. It's to understand what's worthwhile, what I can deliver safely and, most importantly, what is appropriate for the person sitting in front of me.
That's the kind of business I want Wharf Aesthetics to become known for.
