Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Deposits contribute towards the cost of your treatment and ensure dedicated time is reserved for you.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.

If your appointment cannot go ahead due to lateness, your deposit may be forfeited.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Repeated missed appointments may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Refund Policy

All treatments and services are non-refundable.

Results can vary between individuals, and as such, refunds are not provided for completed treatments.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given in line with our cancellation policy.

Remaining balances are due at your appointment.

Courses & Packages

Courses and treatment packages are non-refundable and are typically required to be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

In some cases, treatment timelines may be extended where clinically appropriate. Any extension is granted at our discretion and will be based on individual treatment plans and circumstances.

Unused sessions beyond the agreed timeframe may be forfeited.

Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment

All treatments are subject to consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or not in your best interest.

Where appropriate, alternative options will be discussed.

Changes by Wharf Aesthetics

In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.
