Service Description
Polynucleotides are used to support areas where the skin feels thinner, more delicate, or has begun to lose strength. This treatment focuses on improving texture, tone and overall skin resilience, making it particularly suited to areas such as the under-eye area, neck or skin requiring a more restorative approach. For best results, a course of 3 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended, with maintenance treatments as needed. Each treatment is tailored to a single area. If multiple areas are treated within the same appointment (for example, face and neck), this will count as separate treatments.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated in advance of your appointment. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled. All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. I reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not appropriate, and will always discuss suitable alternatives where possible. By booking, you agree to the above terms.
