Service Description
Polynucleotide treatments for the face and neck use Nucleofill to support skin quality, with a focus on improving hydration, texture and elasticity over time. Suitable for concerns such as fine lines, crepey texture and skin that feels less firm, treatment aims to create gradual improvements while preserving your natural appearance. A course of treatments is usually recommended. The number of sessions, spacing and maintenance plan will be discussed at your consultation and tailored to your skin. Each treatment covers one area: the face or neck. Treating both within the same appointment counts as two treatments and is charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated in advance of your appointment. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled. All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. I reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not appropriate, and will always discuss suitable alternatives where possible. By booking, you agree to the above terms.
