Your consultation is where everything starts. We’ll take the time to understand your concerns, goals, and what’s been working (or not working) for you so far. From there, I’ll guide you through the most appropriate treatment options, whether that’s skin, hair, or a combination approach. There’s no pressure and no obligation to book. Just honest, professional advice so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Ideal if you’re unsure where to start, considering multiple treatments, or simply want expert guidance before committing.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated in advance of your appointment. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled. All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. I reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not appropriate, and will always discuss suitable alternatives where possible. By booking, you agree to the above terms.
